Reporting to Parents

This section contains resources and materials that support reporting to students, parents, and whānau on progress and achievement.

On 13 June the Minister announced changes to the National Curriculum. As changes to the curriculum are progressed the resources in this section will be reviewed and updated to align to the refreshed New Zealand Curriculum. We appreciate your patience while this work is completed.

Every student needs to experience success in their learning and have their progress and achievement celebrated.

Creating regular opportunities for students and whānau to participate as partners in conversations about learning and progress allows students to thrive.

The ways that schools report on learning progress and achievement will vary along the learner pathway, so that reporting responds to the needs of each learner, their whānau and their cultures, languages, and identities.

Use the search box below to find information and resources to support schools in reporting to students, parents, and whānau. The filters on the left can help you narrow down your search.
