Immersion programmes
Immersion Programmes for New Zealand teachers of languages are usually available on an annual basis to Australia, China, Japan, Spain and Tahiti as well as support for scholarships to Germany.
Teachers are able to engage more deeply with the language and culture of the languages they teach through the Immersion Programmes in New Zealand and abroad, some of which are sponsored by overseas governments.
Participants can expect to develop language skills and build confidence by working in an immersive environment.
You will explore and share teaching ideas, strategies, and resources and build new networks.
